# Brevo Alternatives (2026)

> The best Brevo (Sendinblue) alternatives in 2026: MailerLite, Mailchimp, Kit, Amazon SES with a front end, and Broadcast. When Brevo's per-email pricing stops being cheap, and what to use instead.

Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, charges by emails sent instead of contacts. That is a good deal for a big list you email rarely. It stops being a good deal when you email often: a weekly newsletter to 25,000 people is 100,000 emails a month, and Brevo's Standard plan is about $129 a month for that ([Brevo pricing](/compare/brevo-pricing)).

The other reasons people leave are the free plan's 300-a-day cap, branding on the Starter plan, and wanting more than an all-in-one suite built around a CRM.

> **Conflict of interest:** we make Broadcast, one of the options below.

## Brevo alternatives compared

| Tool | How it charges | Pick it when |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [MailerLite](https://sendbroadcast.net/compare/mailerlite-pricing) | By subscriber count | You email a small or mid-sized list often |
| [Mailchimp](https://sendbroadcast.net/compare/mailchimp-pricing) | By contact count | You need a large integration directory |
| [Kit](https://sendbroadcast.net/compare/kit-pricing) | Free to 10,000 subscribers, then by subscriber count | You are a creator selling products |
| [Amazon SES](https://sendbroadcast.net/compare/amazon-ses-pricing) with a front end | $0.10 per 1,000 emails | You send a lot and want the lowest per-email price |
| Broadcast | $250 once, self-hosted, sends through SES or any SMTP | You want campaigns, automations and segments without a monthly bill |

## When Brevo stays the right choice

Brevo bundles a CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat and transactional email in one account. If you use several of those, replacing it means stitching tools together. And if you email a large list only once or twice a month, per-email pricing is hard to beat on a hosted platform.

## When to switch

- **You send often.** Per-email pricing grows with frequency. A daily or weekly newsletter costs far more than on a subscriber-priced plan at the same list size.
- **You only use email.** You are paying for a suite. A focused email tool is simpler and usually cheaper.
- **You want to own the list.** Brevo keeps your data and your sending reputation on its infrastructure. A self-hosted tool keeps both yours.

## What it costs

For 25,000 subscribers getting a weekly newsletter (100,000 emails a month):

- **Brevo Starter:** about $69 a month. **Standard:** about $129 a month.
- **Broadcast with Amazon SES:** $250 once, then about $10 a month in SES fees plus a few dollars for the server.

## Moving from Brevo

Export your contacts from Brevo as a CSV with their attributes and list memberships. Import it into your new tool and map attributes to custom fields. If you also send transactional email through Brevo, move that to a sending service like Amazon SES or Postmark at the same time. Broadcast can send both from one install, see [transactional and marketing email](/how-to/transactional-and-marketing-email).
