These Terms of Service govern your use of the software provided by Furvur Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including any related services or website located at https://emailwithbroadcast.com.
By purchasing and using the software provided by us, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service & License and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from purchasing, using, or accessing this software or any related services provided by us.
We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Software License
Upon purchasing the software, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the software on your device for personal or business use, in accordance with these Terms of Service.
The kind of license will determine the number of servers you can install the software on.
This license is granted for a one-time fee and does not imply any ongoing support or future updates unless explicitly stated otherwise in the purchase agreement. Any future updates or support, if provided, may be subject to additional fees.
Limitations of Use
By purchasing and using the software, you warrant that you will not:
- modify, copy, create derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer the software;
- sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the software to any third party;
- use the software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- use the software in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Furvur Inc or any third party;
- use the software in conjunction with sending unauthorized advertising or spam;
- use the software for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
Intellectual Property
The software and all associated materials provided by Furvur Inc are the intellectual property of Furvur Inc and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are not granted any ownership rights in the software.
Your use of the software is limited to the rights explicitly granted in these Terms of Service.
Liability
The software is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Furvur Inc disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall Furvur Inc be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Support and Updates
Unless specified at the time of purchase, Furvur Inc is under no obligation to provide ongoing support, maintenance, or updates for the software. Any updates or support services may be offered separately at Furvur Inc’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the software immediately if you breach any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and destroy any copies in your possession.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location for the resolution of any disputes.
Severance
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
