3. Commission Structure & Payments
3.1 Commission Rate
Partners earn a commission on qualifying referral sales. Commission rates may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion. In addition, we may also retroactively adjust commissions on sales already made.
3.2 Payment Process
Commissions are paid through a reverse invoice mechanism:
ℹ️ Invoice-Based Payment System
- Invoice Generation: For each pay out, a reverse invoice will be generated by Broadcast for you for the advertising you provided to us for successful sales of our product and services
- Business Relationship: Partners are treated as independent advertising service providers, not employees or agents
- Tax Responsibility: Partners are solely responsible for all tax obligations in their jurisdiction
- Payment Terms: Once a successful sale is recorded in our system, your payout will be available for payout after 30 calendar days from the date of the sale transaction. This is done to ensure that any chargebacks or refunds are properly accounted for.
- Minimum Payout: Commissions must reach a minimum threshold of $50 USD before a payout is processed. Balances below this threshold will be carried forward until the minimum is reached
- Payment Method: All commission payments are processed exclusively through either PayPal or Wise. Partners must maintain a valid PayPal and/or Wise account to receive payments. We are not responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges related to either PayPal or Wise
3.3 Qualifying Sales
Commisions are earned on:
- First-time purchases by new Broadcast customers
- Sales properly attributed through your unique referral tracking
- Customers who complete payment and receive their license
3.4 Non-Qualifying Sales
No commissions are earned on:
- Your own purchases or those by your friends, colleagues, co-workers, and immediate family
- Purchases by existing Broadcast customers
- Refunded or chargedback transactions
- Sales not properly tracked through your referral link
3.5 Refunds
If a refund is processed on a sale to which you received a commission, you will owe any amount already paid out to you. If you have a net negative balance, you agree to refund any amount we paid to you.
At our sole discretion, we may terminate your participation in our referral program due to outstanding balance owed to us.
