MailerLite prices by subscriber count. Its paid plans are now called Comfort and Power, replacing Growing Business and Advanced. It is still one of the cheaper hosted platforms, and the free plan has shrunk to 250 subscribers.

Is MailerLite free?
For up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month. The free plan includes the drag-and-drop editor, 3 active automations, one website and one landing page, and 2 users. MailerLite branding stays on every email, and there is no AI assistant or smart sending.
Comfort or Power?
Comfort allows 10 times your subscriber tier in emails each month, 50 active automations, 10 landing pages or websites, 5 users, the AI writing assistant, smart sending and a custom domain.
Power removes the limits: unlimited emails under a fair use policy, unlimited automations, users and landing pages, multiple triggers per automation, and 24/7 live chat support. At 10,000 subscribers the step up is $40 a month.
What the same list costs on your own server
Broadcast is self-hosted email marketing software. You pay $250 once, run it on a small server, and send through Amazon SES or another provider. There is no per-subscriber price and no automation or user limit.
For 10,000 subscribers getting a weekly newsletter:
- MailerLite Comfort: $89 a month, $1,068 a year.
- Broadcast with Amazon SES: $250 once, then about $4 a month in SES fees plus a few dollars for the server.
