Brevo Pricing (2026)
Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, prices by the number of emails you send each month, not by contacts. That makes it cheap for large lists you email rarely and expensive for small lists you email often.

Professional starts at about $499 a month for 150,000 emails. Enterprise is quoted, typically from around $10,000 a year. Brevo also sells prepaid email credits that don’t expire, from about $0.002 to $0.006 per email depending on the pack.
Is Brevo free?
Yes, with a daily cap. The free plan sends 300 emails a day, about 9,000 a month, to up to 100,000 contacts. It includes automation for up to 2,000 contacts, forms, a CRM and live chat. Every email carries Brevo branding.
The daily cap is the catch. You can’t send one newsletter to 1,000 people in a day on the free plan.
What each plan unlocks
- Starter removes the daily cap. Brevo branding stays unless you pay a $10 a month add-on. Automation is still limited to 2,000 contacts.
- Standard adds A/B testing, landing pages, advanced reporting and unlimited automation contacts. Extra users cost $12 a month each beyond the plan’s limit.
- Professional is aimed at larger marketing teams, with more users and advanced features.
What a weekly newsletter costs on Brevo
Because Brevo charges per email, the math depends on how often you send. For a list getting four emails a month:

Brevo is one of the cheaper hosted platforms, especially on Starter. The SES column is what the same sending costs if you run your own software on top of Amazon SES.
Brevo compared with self-hosting
Broadcast is self-hosted email marketing software. You pay $250 once, run it on a small server, and send through Amazon SES or another provider. Campaigns, segments and sequences are included, with no daily caps, no branding and no markup on each email.
What you give up: Brevo’s CRM, SMS and WhatsApp channels, live chat and a fully managed service. If you use those, Brevo bundles a lot for the price. If you mostly send email, you are paying Brevo’s markup on every message.
